Privacy Policy
AquaHunter Intel AI Companion is designed to perform its current work on your device and to keep you in control.
The short version
The current TestFlight evaluation build does not require an account, does not connect to a remote AI provider, does not contain advertising or tracking, and does not collect or upload your questions, answers, projects, or other app content to Delightful Florida Recreation LLC.
What this policy covers
This policy covers AquaHunter Intel AI Companion for iOS, including version 1.0 distributed through Apple TestFlight or the Apple App Store. It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, your mobile carrier, your internet provider, or a website you choose to visit.
How the app handles information
On-device work
Questions you type and the answers produced by the current release are processed on your device. The release does not include an in-app network service, remote AI provider, cloud account, advertising system, analytics SDK, or customer tracking SDK.
Local settings
The app may store limited preferences and work state on your device so features behave consistently between sessions. Apple identifies this as UserDefaults access. Delightful Florida Recreation LLC does not receive that local data from the app.
Features not present in this release
- No voice capture or microphone recording.
- No automatic calls, text messages, emails, payments, purchases, or subscriptions.
- No account sign-in, contact upload, location tracking, cross-app tracking, or third-party advertising.
- No automatic publication, deployment, signing, or credential access.
Apple and TestFlight
Apple may process information needed to distribute TestFlight or App Store builds and may make crash or diagnostic information available under Apple’s settings and terms. That Apple-controlled processing is separate from the app’s own data practices. Review Apple’s privacy information and your device analytics settings for details.
When you open Privacy or Support
The Privacy and Support buttons open public web pages in your browser and therefore require an internet connection. When a browser requests these pages, the hosting provider may automatically process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. These pages contain no account sign-in, advertising, tracking pixel, analytics SDK, payment form, or submitted customer-data form.
The AquaHunter Intel Receptionist uses a reviewed, deterministic answer set inside your browser. What you type into that chat is not sent to DFR, a remote AI provider, or a customer database, and the chat does not save it. If a future receptionist sends or stores messages, this policy and the website must be reviewed and updated before that behavior is enabled.
If you contact support by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to answer your request. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, signing material, financial account numbers, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and control
- You may avoid the external web links and continue using the app’s offline features.
- You may remove locally stored app data by deleting the app, subject to Apple’s device and backup behavior.
- You control what you type into the app and what you choose to share with support.
- You may contact us with a privacy question using the public contact information on this page.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices materially change, we will update this page and its effective date. A future network, account, analytics, commerce, or cloud feature would require a corresponding product review and privacy update before being represented as available.
